Thank you to all the members who have expressed an interest to attend the conference. The Novotel Glen Waverley has been selected as the Conference Venue and is offering a 15% discount on accommodation.

The Ibis Glen Waverley (a 4 minute walk from the Novotel) is offering a 10% discount.  An alternative would be to book into one of the many short term apartments in Glen Waverley; however the pick-up point for all garden tours will only be from the Novotel.

As usual, ACCOMMODATION is NOT included in the registration.

Bookers will receive 15% off the Public rate. The public rate will vary in price due to demand, so it is recommended to book in advance to avoid a high room rate!

There are 2 different types of rates available to book, flexible and non-flexible. The non-flexible rate is cheaper however payment will be required at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified after Friday, 13^th October 2023. The flexible rate is a bit higher however, can be modified or cancelled until 6pm on the day of arrival and payment can be made at the time of check in.

Room only and breakfast included rates are also available. If someone books a room only rate and decides to add breakfast later on, it can be done by calling the hotel or simply at reception on check in.

We are delighted to announce that we will now hold a 2 Day Post Conference Tour from Tuesday 31^st October to Wednesday 1^st November 2023.  Please note! This tour is limited to 50 delegates and only available to those attending the Conference.

If you are attending the Post Conference we suggest that you book your accommodation from 27^th October to 2^nd November.

We are offering a bus pick up (optional extra) from Melbourne Tullamarine Airport to the Novotel Glen Waverley, however there will only be one bus and unless you are able to arrange your flight to arrive at around midday on Friday October 27^th we would suggest that you look at the following alternatives:

• Taxi from airport to Novotel, cost $85 – $110, approx. 42 minutes; this would be ideal if you are travelling with one or more friends.
• There are airport buses which travel from Tullamarine Airport to Southern Cross Railway Station: SkyeBus – one way $22, return $34 (less for Seniors), approx. 30 minutes. Then take the train from Southern Cross Railway Station to Glen Waverley Railway Station, $5 approx. 47 minutes. The Novotel Glen Waverley is a three minute taxi ride from the Glen Waverley Railway Station.
• Take the airport bus from Tullamarine to Southern Cross Railway Station, and taxi from Southern Cross Railway Station to Novotel Glen Waverley, $45-$60 approx. 21 minutes.
• If you are not attending the Post Conference, the bus visiting the Alister Clark Memorial Rose Garden on Monday 30^th October will be returning via the Tullamarine Airport. This offer is suitable if your return flight home is after 6.00pm.

We are also offering a bus from the Novotel Glen Waverley to the Tullamarine Airport on Thursday 2^nd November, departing at 8.30am.
